Founder and strategic analyst
Christoph Bluth teaches international relations and security at the University of Bradford in the Department of Peace Studies and International Development.
His doctoral work focused on Soviet strategic arms policy, and he has published widely on Russian and NATO security policies. More recently, his work has included security in East Asia, with particular focus on the Korean peninsula.
He is a regular contributor to The Conversation. His expertise includes foreign security issues, WMD non-proliferation and nuclear weapons policy. He has also worked as a research fellow at the Korea Institute for Defense Analysis and lectured at Yonsei University. He previously held posts at the Universities of Leeds, Reading, Essex and King’s College London.
